I got a basic cleaning service for a 1B1B apartment after breaking my toe and just wanting a little extra help. It was my first time ever using a cleaning service, but I think they did a wonderful job. Thank you Hilda, Gloria, and Santiago! I cleaned up clothes and belongings so they'd have the room to focus on everything else and in the end it took 3 hours (there was 1 professional for the first hour before 2 more came to help, so I estimate 2 hours normally as stated on their website). They maximized their time and even touched on baseboards and hard-to-vacuum spots. I used a translator to communicate and the process was very easy. Although I paid for a basic clean, it felt like a deep clean! I can confirm that a deep clean is just the range of things they clean (inside cabinets, etc.) rather than the quality. :) All in all, very happy and would use again. For those like me suspiciously wondering about the sheer amount of reviews, it's because they kindly ask us to rate after service. I'm rating because I enjoyed their work and not because I was given an incentive or discount (although a discount would be nice, lol). Thanks, BerryClean team!

The cleaning crew arrived on time and did a great job! They clean carpet too, which saved me from booking a separate service. The pricing was fair and true to the initial quote I received. Exceptional Carpet Transformation: Easy Scheduling and Beyond ExpectationsScheduling the cleaning was a breeze, and coordinating their arrival for a time when I wasn't home was seamless. The outcome of the cleaning far surpassed my expectations, especially with regards to my carpet. Having two long-haired cats, the challenge of keeping the carpet free from fur is ongoing. However, their team performed an amazing job, meticulously removing all the fur from the carpet, as well as the floors and furniture, leaving everything immaculately clean.
Very timely, and always does a good job with our cleanings. They are also super flexible with the needs of our business and always does a great job.

How long does it take?
Basic Cleans take around 2 hours, although 3 bedroom homes (and larger) may take a bit longer. Deep Cleans can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the size of your home.
How does pricing work?
We ask for the number of bedrooms in your home to get a sense for its size and usage. If you only want us to clean specific areas, we still recommend that you book for the total number of actual bedrooms in your home. We spend a majority of our time in the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas.
