Dear BerryClean family,It's been a while since I wrote to our loyal customers. Most days I post funny (to me) memes and lighthearted content. Today I want to write to you not as a business owner, but as a customer, because that's exactly what I am.

I use a cleaning service every two weeks, just like many of you. I do the light stuff in between: wiping up spills, a quick pass with the cordless vacuum. But every two weeks, the team comes in with the heavy-duty Mieles (the Mercedes-Benz of vacuums) and they take care of everything I can't or won't. Bathrooms, kitchen, inside appliances, deep carpet cleaning on my medium-pile floors. I basically never have to think about my kitchen or bathrooms.

That's the life I wanted to offer you. Not a luxury reserved for tech executives and billionaires — though yes, we've cleaned for a few of those too — but something genuinely useful for hardworking families who deserve a home they're proud of without spending their entire weekend maintaining it.

You've trusted us with your homes and offices through crazy news headlines, multiple wars, COVID, and through a climate where immigrants, the backbone of our company and this industry, have faced more scrutiny and fear than they deserve. Many of our team members navigated that with quiet dignity. Your continued bookings during those times were a vote of confidence not just in us, but in them. We noticed. They noticed. And none of us have forgotten it.

We know we're not the cheapest option. We'll never pretend to be. But we also refuse to be so expensive that only a certain kind of person can afford us. We've built BerryClean for people like me and you.
