We recently received investment from ICA Fund, and this milestone means a great deal to us. Their investment isn’t just funding — it’s validation of the work we’ve done and the jobs and opportunities we’re creating for our community. I come from a blue-collar background, where hard work wasn’t optional — it was survival. I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon or a safety net. I learned early what it meant to put food on the table by rolling up my sleeves and getting things done.

And yes — I’ve also spent time on the opposite end of the spectrum. I worked at BlackRock, in an “ivory tower,” surrounded by suits and spreadsheets. That experience gave me valuable tools, but my roots are what shaped me. The combination of both worlds — grit and professionalism, hustle and structure — is what guides me today. That’s why ICA’s belief in us feels so meaningful.
