Move-in/out Cleaning Services

General Cleaning:

• Dust all surfaces, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents.
• Wipe down baseboards, door frames, and window sills.
• Clean all switches and outlets.
• Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect doorknobs, handles, and light switches.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs, including edges and corners.
• Sweep and mop hard floors, including underneath appliances (if reachable) and furniture.
• Empty and clean trash cans.

Kitchen:

• Clean inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers.
• Wipe down countertops and backsplashes.
• Clean sink, faucet, and drain.
• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator, freezer, and oven.
• Clean microwave inside and outside.
• Clean stove burners, grates, and oven racks.
• Clean dishwasher inside and outside.
• Remove grease and grime from exhaust fan and hood.
• Dispose of any expired food items.

Bathroom:

• Clean and disinfect bathtub, shower, and tiles.
• Clean and disinfect toilet, including around the base and behind.
• Clean sink, faucet, and drain.
• Wipe down countertops and vanity.
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Clean inside and outside of bathroom cabinets and drawers.
• Clean and disinfect trash can.
• Replace toilet paper holder if necessary.
• Sweep and mop bathroom floors.

Bedrooms:

• Dust and wipe down all furniture, including bed frames, headboards, and nightstands.
• Vacuum mattresses and under the bed.
• Clean inside and outside of closets, including shelves and rods.
• Launder and change bed linens upon request
• Clean and dust lamps and lampshades.
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

Living Areas:

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including tables, shelves, and entertainment centers.
• Clean and dust electronics and TV screens.
• Clean inside and outside of cabinets and storage units.
